We accept returns on unused, non-personalised items within 1 calendar month of receiving the item. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of unwanted products once it has been removed from the packaging. We will refund the cost of the item and standard postage, but not the return postage costs.

All products are inspected before being sent out, but if you have received a faulty product, please contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Unless you have advised us of a required delivery date, we will not refund items that have arrived later than expected due to postal delays.
