How do I care for my stamp/cutter?2021-02-11T14:45:48+00:00

Both stamps and cutters are best hand-washed in lukewarm water with an antibacterial soap. They can usually stand being put into a household diswasher, but as dishwasher settings and temperatures vary, you do so at your own risk.

Cutters are 3D printed in such a manner that will, under enough force, allow the layers to be separated. This shouldn’t be the case under normal use, but is something you should be aware of and does not usually constitute a fault with the product.

Stamps are made of acrylic, which is likely to break if dropped onto a hard floor (e.g. tiled). This is not considered a fault with the product as it should not be a problem with normal use.

What are your turnaround times for stamps and cutters?2021-02-11T14:59:03+00:00

Often stamps and cutters are ready to be sent out in around 24 hours. However, this time can increase dramatically around Christmas. Logos, faces and image based stamps do usually take a little longer, and the turnaround time will also depend on your response to our emails. If you’re having a baking emergency and need something quickly, we’ll do our best to work to your timescale.

Our stamps are made from acrylic which is food safe. Our cutters are made from ABS which is considered food safe for short contact with cold food, so great for cookie cutters.

Will I get a proof before production?2021-02-11T14:59:09+00:00

If you order a customised cookie stamp, or a personalised or standard cutter, we don’t normally send a separate proof. If you’d like us to confirm anything before we start production, just let us know!

For logo, face or other image-based stamps or cutters we’ll always contact you using the email you provided during checkout, before we start production.

Unfortunately not, the ink doesn’t create a nice even layer on the acrylic.

We accept returns on unused, non-personalised items within 1 calendar month of receiving the item. For health and safety reasons, I cannot accept the return of unwanted products once it has been removed from the packaging. We will refund the cost of the item and standard postage, but not the return postage costs.

All products are inspected before being sent out, but if you have received a faulty product, please contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Unless you have advised us of a required delivery date, we will not refund items that have arrived later than expected due to postal delays.
